Approches clés de la prise en charge de la douleur dans l’hidradénite suppurée
Résumé
De nombreux patients atteints d’hidradénite suppurée (HS) voient leur qualité de vie significativement altérée. L’un des symptômes les plus marquants chez ces patients est la douleur, qui contribue de manière importante à leur détresse globale. Malgré les répercussions de la douleur, il a été démontré que son contrôle reste un besoin non satisfait pour de nombreux patients. La douleur a des répercussions physiques, psychologiques et sociales. Mal contrôlée, elle peut entraîner une augmentation des consultations aux urgences, une probabilité plus élevée d’automédication et, de façon générale, un mauvais contrôle de la maladie. La présente revue propose une approche clinique pour la prise en charge de la douleur chez les patients atteints d’HS.
