Prise en charge des hémangiomes infantiles en milieu communautaire
Résumé
Je suis dermatologue généraliste dans le nord de la Colombie-Britannique. Au cours de ma première année de pratique, j’ai vu plusieurs nourrissons qui avaient besoin d’un traitement pour un hémangiome infantile, ce qui m’a obligé à me familiariser avec les traitements topiques et systémiques. Cet article a pour objectif de fournir une vue d’ensemble de la prise en charge des hémangiomes infantiles non compliqués en milieu communautaire, afin d’aider les dermatologues à prescrire en toute confiance les traitements topiques et systémiques de première intention.
