Prise en charge de l’hidradénite suppurée : Une vue d’ensemble
Résumé
L’hidradénite suppurée (HS) est une maladie inflammatoire chronique débilitante de la peau caractérisée par la formation récurrente de nodules, d’abcès, de tractus sinusaux, de fistules et de cicatrices dans les régions des glandes apocrines. L’HS touche jusqu’à 3,8 % de la population canadienne, avec une prévalence plus élevée chez les femmes. On pense que cette affection est secondaire à l’occlusion suivie de l’inflammation du follicule pilosébacé.
