Approche des lésions cutanées chez les patients atteints de maladies inflammatoires intestinales
Résumé
Les maladies inflammatoires intestinales (MII) sont notamment la colite ulcéreuse (CU) et la maladie de Crohn (MC). Ce groupe de maladies inflammatoires chroniques présente de nombreuses manifestations extra-intestinales. La peau est le deuxième organe extra-intestinal le plus souvent touché après le système musculo-squelettique. La prévalence des manifestations cutanées chez les patients atteints de MII est estimée à 15 %. Certains symptômes sont plus fréquents dans la CU et d’autres le sont dans la MC. Une approche pratique des manifestations cutanées permettant de guider l’examen et la prise en charge des patients atteints de MII et orientés vers un service de dermatologie est abordée dans cet article.
