Prise en charge de l’hidrosadénite suppurée chez des groupes de patients particuliers
Résumé
L’hidrosadénite suppurée est une maladie inflammatoire chronique de la peau qui se déclare à un jeune âge. Les traitements médicaux aux propriétés anti-inflammatoires sont le pilier thérapeutique. Les tétracyclines, la rifampicine en association avec la clindamycine et l’adalimumab sont les approches thérapeutiques standard. De nombreux autres médicaments sont toutefois requis dans la prise en charge de la maladie en l’absence d’une réponse à ces traitements ou à cause de leurs contre-indications.
